My Xbox App doesn’t work

So my Xbox app, which I excitedly downloaded to pair with my new console, simply doesn’t work. On the primary web page, after I clicked Signal In, it does this bizarre jumpy factor; the sign up button turns grey (animation for if you click on it) and in fast succession so does the pair to console button. Nonetheless, the pair to console button does work. So I subsequent downloaded the Recreation Go app and it stated, “Strive once more quickly! We are able to’t signal you in proper now.” (above) Just about all Xbox providers linked to my web besides my console don’t work. I don’t know why. Please assist!
