Purchased a Colombia Xbox Code I cant even load the Microsoft web site to redeem it. PLEASE HELP

I can't redeem a Colombia Xbox Key. I can't get to the redeem code web page. I’ve a VPN put in and going by google. The VPN is Hola VPN and I attempted it with a Argentina code and it labored completely superb.
