Avatar would not seem like it ought to

Each time I am going to my profile, my avatar reveals up as some random preset or one thing, with darker pores and skin and totally different garments than what I've chosen (picture 2). The one with the grey climate and glasses is what reveals up after I go to customize it, and is what I need my profile to indicate. What may trigger this?
