For the Draw Present, these 12 groups shall be separated into three swimming pools. These swimming pools will then be sorted into two teams of six, every pool sending two groups to every group. For the Group Stage draw, the remaining 12 groups shall be divided into three swimming pools, based mostly on prior performances of their areas, after which sorted into 4 teams.
