How do I disable this overlay?

I enabled this cpu per-thread graph overlay thingy once I was tinkering with settings and now I can't discover the place to disable it from. Assist please.

I couldn't work out which subreddit to submit this to so I apologise if this isn't the suitable one. The android subreddits that appeared related didn't enable picture attachments.
