Bizarre overlay/fast entry menu (Android 13)

So not too long ago I attempted taking part in some COD Cell, however when i opened the sport it had this bizarre decision after I pulled down the notification tab, together with a menu on the underside as a substitute the place the navigation bar/buttons can be. I believed i may do away with it by disabling Sport Dashboard, however apparently that has nothing to do with this.

Is the decision a bug brought on by the bar on the underside? If that’s the case, is there a means I can disable it? It's a bit annoying, particularly when i need to depart the sport, I can't merely pull the navigation bar up, I’ve to open one other app from that backside bar, after which the navigation controls seem within the backside.
