GameSir X2 Professional Left Set off not working after calibration

Obtained the Gamesir X2 Professional yesterday and wow, was very impressed by the ergonomics, kind and appears. The whole lot was going nice taking part in UNDECEMBER till I observed my left stick had a small quantity of deadzone. So what did I do? I started to calibrate with the directions from the handbook. As quickly as I completed calibrating, the left set off stopped working. So I attempted calibrating once more, then I misplaced the precise set off. Right here's what I’ve tried, with steering from the handbook and a few different threads:

1. Calibrated as handbook (slowly urgent triggers) – with GameSir app and with out, with telephone plugged in and with out (powered by pass-thru usb-c )
2. Mapped RT to again button and begin calibrating holding again button and choose, tried once more with different again button, and tried once more with LT set off as an alternative
3. Used one other telephone (Pixel 3) and tried the above steps
4. Reinstalled all firmwares 129.24, 129.23, 129.22 and tried above steps

There are 4 different circumstances, so it most definitely is a defective batch of items. Humorous factor is that the LT nonetheless works to provoke calibration (SEL+LT).

I’ve requested a refund, however am curious if anybody has had success with fixing this downside.
