LOST ALL MY GAMES WHEN TRYING TO MOVE GAMES FROM XBOX ONE TO SERIES X

Hello everybody I only in the near past obtained a sequence X and was tremendous excited to get enjoying. All I did after I was within the third image was merely press b and backed out and ALL MY MEMORY AND GAMES WERE COMPLETELY ERASED!!! I simply don’t perceive how Xbox wouldn’t at the very least put a warning if I backed out that will have occurred! All I did was press b as a result of I believed I had already selected what I needed to do with my exterior storage.
