Collection X not connecting to Xbox Reside, so cannot obtain my 360 profile, assist?

Purchased some outdated 360 video games just lately, that I both have a nostalgia itch to scratch or missed on the time.

Can’t get the collection x to obtain my 360 profile. Console is wired to my modem. Tried connecting it to WiFi, cellphone hot-spot, clearing the 360 cache information and even tried altering the DNS. Na-da.

Any ideas? On-line assist appears to be from final 12 months and doesn't appear to go anyplace.
