Can’t redeem code by means of console or web site, any concepts?

When I attempt to use my code on the console I get the standard downside of overlapped buttons it received’t let me click on. Often going to the web site works however once I go to microsoft.com/redeem it simply places me on a clean white web page with a special url no matter what browser I’m utilizing. Anybody know of one other strategy to redeem my code?
