Design Lab Error

I’ve been making an attempt to proceed with buying a collection 2 controller however each time I click on on preview design this error messages pops up. I’ve tried on a number of totally different browsers and with & with out wi-fi. It’s bizarre as a result of it lets me add an ordinary wi-fi controller to my cart however not the collection 2. Anybody else experiencing this challenge?
