Console will not learn disc

My Xbox will learn different video games like OverWatch, Future 2 however when I attempt to put this Spyro disc within the Xbox has a stroke and simply gained't register that it's in there.

Idk if these knicks/scratches within the heart of the disc are the issue? There aren’t any scratches on the precise disc itself; its oretty crystal clear. Any clarification will assist. Thanks!
