Customized $250 Design Labs Elite 2 Broke after 7 Months

Actually Spent a lot on this simply to interrupt after 7 months. Left stick caught in place with no give. Microsoft says it’s beneath guarantee. What are the chances I get a substitute/refund ? It’s 2AM proper now so I can’t name assist but. Simply can’t imagine a controller this costly from an organization this huge has so many points. Would keep away from design labs with all warning.
