XBOX Basic… What does this display imply?

I’ve 3 xbox classics that I’ve collected over time. This one activates and this display comes up. Does anybody have any thought what this display means and the way I might repair it?

I even have one other one which works however I’m unable to get the disc out in any respect. Any thought on methods to get a disc out? Thanks everybody.
