Networking points on collection x

My web is ok, when i do the check on my collection x it all the time exhibits 50 mbps. in video games i get 45 ping however on the subject of downloading video games it by no means/not often downloads. Ive been downloading crash bandicoot for 3 days now. ive been downloading pink lifeless redemption 2 for a month. please assist. and in addition when it refuses to obtain it 9/10 says set up failed.
