How can I share video games with my son with out getting booted each time we’re on on the identical time?

We now have two separate Xbox’s, one is at his moms, the opposite at my home. Each time I’m going on, and he’s enjoying a sport I’m prompted to this display screen and it boots him off. That is very irritating. Is there a workaround? this used to not be a difficulty, I don’t know what modified
