My Microsoft Account is locked and I NEED assist

I received this popup that my microsoft account was locked round 2 years in the past. I've been making an attempt all the pieces I probably can to unlock it. I've modified the password quite a few occasions, watched loads of youtube movies, gone to microsoft assist strains, and even did the microsoft factor to get your account again they usually stated that their "AI" couldn't collect sufficient knowledge to get my account again. So please, PLEASE, anybody that thinks they can assist me please DM me. Thanks.
