Why have I misplaced all my licenses?

Simply this morning I observed I can't play one in all my video games and now out of nowhere I see this image on all my video games, after digging on the web discover out it means I don't personal the license? I recreation share with the opposite console in my home for years and by no means had this drawback till right this moment, why?
