Been attempting to put in a disk recreation and it simply is not going to work

I've checked the assistance centre and it gave me two choices, I've tried each and it has finished nothing. I've restarted the obtain and my console, gone to offline mode, ejected the disk and all the pieces else instructed and it’ll not work.
