I need assistance figuring out this xbox 360 s

I discovered this xbox 360 s within the trash the opposite day and was instantly intrigued. Initially this panel right here is totally different and has this gap in it. And second it lights up. Now i don’t know sh*t about x360s modding and that i don’t know what the hell is that this. Additionally this console boots as much as the inventory metro sprint so yeah.
