Sequence X No Picture

Does anybody know what’s occurring right here? The HDMI cable is plugged in correctly, I can play video games from an exterior HD fantastic, and do the whole lot else with an ideal picture.

At any time when I load a sport from the interior SSD I get the title display screen then this mess. Is it goofed? Tried researching already however don’t even know what to check with this as.
