Not reallllly. The one components you will be out of the loop on is the “modern-day” scenes. AC video games are constructed as a simulation of historic ancestors from a modern-day time interval. However that is actually just one% of the story. Everything of Odyssey is its personal distinctive story that does not tie in to the opposite titles.
I personally LOVE this recreation. It is so easy and has completely breathtaking surroundings of historic Greece. The RPG system is clear and never overwhelming. Plenty of distinctive loot and a whole lot of quests and characters. 10/10 actually.
